RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Need to return something that is faulty?  Not a problem.  Kindly read our Returns Policy outlined below. Thereafter send your Return Request to leslie@aquaculturesolutions.org


Regular-priced products purchased online and delivered within South Africa can be returned at your cost by submitting a Return Request via the online store, within 7 days from delivery of the product to you. Please ensure that the item(s) is in brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and may be collected by you at your cost.


No refunds on sale or promotional products.


All returns will either be replaced (courier at our cost) or refunded by means of EFT. 
 
Returning defective product(s):


If within 7 days of delivery of a product to you, you find that the product is faulty, not legally compliant or not reasonably durable (“defective”), please send your Return Request to leslie@aquaculturesolutions.org to notify us thereof.


Aquaculture Solutions may request pictures of the defective product and may request such product from you so that it can be inspected by the Aquaculture Solutions team. If the product is subsequently found to indeed be defective, you are entitled to either:

  • be refunded, or
  • have the product repaired or replaced at Aquaculture Solutions expense (the decision between repairing or replacing being made solely by Aquaculture Solutions.

If the product is found NOT to be defective and is commercially acceptable, you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having had such product collected from Aquaculture Solutions.


A product is NOT defective and you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund under the general warranty above if:

  • The faults/damage are a result of normal wear and tear or worn out in the ordinary course of use;
  • Damage arising from incorrect usage of the product;
  • The item has a reasonable amount of manufacturing or production imperfections but is acceptable in accordance with the generally accepted commercial practices.
  • Where the goods have been wilfully damaged or have been damaged by gross negligence by the customer.
